Our DURBAL Premium Line heavy-duty rod ends with integral self-aligning roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings are available in Series K, as special parts or in inches. We manufacture the new DURBAL heavy-duty spherical plain bearings in versions with integral self-aligning roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings

We provide individual customer solutions with our DURBAL heavy-duty system linkages. We can install all our products from the Premium, Classic and Basic Lines into these system linkages.

The heavy-duty rod ends of the DURBAL Classic Line have an integrated and pressed spherical plain bearing. The integral spherical plain bearing variant is maintenance free, while the fixed version requires maintenance. These rod ends are available in the DURBAL range in Series K, E/EH and in inches.

The DURBAL Basic Line includes a comprehensive product range covering a wide variety of product categories.

The standard rod ends of the Basic Line, with fixed spherical plain bearings, are available as either maintenance free or maintenance required. DURBAL also provides these rod ends in Series K, E and in inches.

The DURBAL spherical plain bearings include maintenance-required and maintenance-free versions in Series K, E, G and W and even in inches

The maintenance-required hydraulic rod ends from DURBAL come as standard with a female thread for hydraulic cylinders with welding studs.

DURBAL clevises and folding spring bolts have a wide range of uses as connecting elements in industry.

All our rod ends with female threads of the DURBAL Premium, Classic and Basic Lines, as well as our clevises, can be used for pneumatic cylinders in accordance with DIN ISO 8139.

As connecting and guide elements for moving parts, DURBAL angle jointscan  be used to form corner joints. The DURBAL range of accessories allows for a wide range of combinations between products from the DURBAL Premium, Classic and Basic Lines. For instance, DURBAL offers threaded links for linkages, Threaded bolts for rod ends and spherical plain bearings. DURBAL also offers washersand rubber protector caps for rod ends and hexagonal locking nuts.

DURBAL heavy-duty rod ends and heavy-duty spherical plain bearings with integral self-aligning roller bearings of types BRTM, BRTF and WLT.

The design based on the structure of a self aligning roller bearing is used preferably for high speeds, large tilting angles or rotating movements under high loads Compared with rod ends and spherical plain bearings with self-aligning ball bearings, rod ends and spherical plain bearings with self-aligning roller bearings have far higher basic load ratings. Rod ends and spherical plain bearings with long-term lubrication are maintenance-free under normal operating conditions. They can be regreased using the available grease nipple (does not apply to spherical plain bearings) if required. To avoid incompatibility with the initial factory lubrication, we recommend relubrication with an aluminium complex soap grease. Covering discs on both sides prevent the penetration of coarse dirt particles into the bearing. The rod ends and spherical plain bearings with self-aligning roller bearings are subject to a special heat treatment to obtain a raceway hardness adapted to the antifriction bearings and ensure at the same time high stability with changing loads.

Heavy-duty rod ends and heavy-duty spherical plain bearings with integral self-aligning ball bearings of types BRM, BRF, PM, PF and WLK.

This design is especially suitable for high speeds, large swivelling angles or rotating movements with relatively low to medium loads. Prominent technical features are the low bearing friction, long-term lubrication with food-grade approval, as well as covering discs on both sides to seal against the penetration of coarse dirt particles.

These rod ends and spherical plain bearings from DURBAL are maintenance free under normal operating conditions. They can be regreased subsequently using the available grease nipple (does not apply to spherical plain bearings) if required. Heavy-duty rod ends with integral, maintenance-free spherical plain bearings of types: BEM, BEF, EM and EF.

The maintenance-free rod ends in this design series are used for small swivelling or tilting movements at low speeds. They stand out for their high load capacity and can also be used for impact loads. The hard-chrome plated joint ball slides on a special glass fibre reinforced plastic sliding bearing shell – DURBAL®-Glide – which among other things is made of PTFE to minimise friction. The design ensures that they are absolutely maintenance free and also practically free of play. The plastic used has the useful secondary property of absorbing any penetrating foreign bodies and encasing them safely.

Heavy-duty rod ends with integral, maintenance-free spherical plain bearing of types: BEMN, BEFN, EMN and EFN.

The maintenance-required rod ends in these series are primarily used in situations of alternating stresses or impact loads and preferably in situations where swivelling movements are large. They are only conditionally suitable for rotational movements.

Here again, the hard-chrome plated joint ball (BEFN/BEMN) offers effective protection against corrosion, which ensures that, even in damp conditions, the function of the rod end is not impaired by rust on the surface of the ball.

All sizes in this series consist of a forged part and a quenched and tempered rod end housing. They are extremely hard wearing.
