Basic Configuration of the AXNR

The Nadella full system AXNR circular module is based on a combination of different standard components from our wide product range.

This way a high flexibility is guaranteed and your circular module can be modified to meet any specific requirements. So whether you want to realize a system for a test line, a battery assembly line, a high speed conveyor belt, a bottling line or any other application with high demands, we will be able to provide you with the ideal solution.

There are different components you can customize. These are the configurations for our basic AXNR Circular System:

  • Transmission: based on a toothed belt for silent and low maintenance. To minimize the peak-load on the carriage connection at high speeds during the change from round into straight path, it is designed to reduce the distance between belt and carriage.
  • Floating connection: to guarantee a reliable movement a floating connection is our standard. The belt and the carriage are attached by a metal tooth and by Durbal Rod Ends
  • Dynamic System: Our first class gearbox is already configured with the fitting interface for the specific motor of each customer on request. It is able to achieve accurate performances and high dynamics.
  • Aluminium Alloy Base: The base of the module is made of aluminium. The main plates are supporting the pulleys and the linear guide rails are supported by the profiles.
  • Idler pulley: To allow tensioning of the belt, the idler pulley is mounted on a slide
  • Optional Positioning System: Our circular module can be equipped with a positioning system in order to achieve the repeating accuracy of carriage position.
  • Lubrication: To reduce the maintenance for lubrication the Nadella LUBR system is a good solution. While the lubrication oil is stored in the foam, it is released directly to the guide rollers surface thus minimizing oil consumption.
