Gear shift

Following the implementation of a whole series of careful strategic policies that have seen significant investments in human resources and new technologies in an Industry 4.0 key, in the last two years Nadella has definitely changed gear, strengthening not only its internal and external structure but also by strengthening its production processes.

All this has brought a tangible return on investment, the innovative results of which have been captured and appreciated by Italian and foreign customers. Investments have been made in processes and people, following the acquisitions in Germany in recent years (Durbal in particular), and Chiavette Unified has recently become part of the Nadella Group.
