Durbal Premium Line, WLT e WLK

The Durbal company has been part of the Nadella group since 2014, and thanks to this strategic agreement the Group has expanded its product portfolio which now includes both plain bearings and spherical plain bearings.

Durbal spherical plain bearings and rod ends are mechanical parts ready for assembly which serve for the transmission of static and dynamic forces in connection with oscillating, tilting and rotary movements and are characterized by high performance, long life and reliability.

WLT spherical plain bearings, completely made of steel, with integrated spherical roller bearing, are particularly suitable for high rotational speeds, large swing angles and rotational movements under high loads. The overturning angle, which allows the joint to work even in the presence of a strong angular excursion between the axis of the inner and outer ring, can reach 8 °. They are available in the cage version, to minimize rolling friction and the related heat development, or in full fill, with increased load capacities.

A heat treatment of hardening and subsequent lapping guarantees a suitable hardness of the rolling tracks and, at the same time, gives a strong stability in the presence of alternating loads. Under normal operating conditions, with long-lasting grease lubrication, they are practically maintenance-free. The protection screens, placed on both sides, prevent the penetration of particles inside the bearing.

The WLK spherical plain bearings, also in steel, with integrated self-aligning ball bearing, are recommended for applications with high rotation speeds, large angles of oscillation or rotary movements, in the presence of medium loads, with overturning angles up to 8, 5th.

The main technical features are the reduced friction of the ball bearing, long-lasting grease lubrication and a sealing system which, thanks to the protective shields placed on both sides, prevents the penetration of coarse impurities. In addition to the wide range of rod ends and spherical plain bearings in the Premium, Classic and Basic lines, Durbal guarantees special processing and products designed specifically for specific applications
