Focus: Nadella hardened telescopic rails

For high duty cicles and continuous processes

The new and improved Nadella telescopic rails made of hardened steel with high load capacity and low deflection are the ideal solution for applications requiring high duty cycles and continuous processes.

Now further enhanced with optimised internal geometries for smoother running and made entirely of steel, with cold drawn profiles and induction hardened raceways, they are designed to move heavy loads without compromising their smooth rolling and reduced clearance.

Currently available in three sizes (28,33 and 43), Nadella hardened telescopic line includes:

  • Part extension telescopic rails with a stroke equal to 50%-70% of the installation length
  • Full extension telescopic rails with a stroke equal to 100% of the installation length
  • Linear guide rails, with one or more recirculation sliders running inside a fixed length
