Linear guides C-Line Nadella

All Nadella guides are produced in our factories and they are available with lengths up to a maximum of 6 meters. In addition, thanks to the combination of the RAS floating rollers and the RCS fixed rollers, the C-Line system allows the self-alignment of the cursors.
 
There are three different types of cursors (fixed, rotating and axially floating) reduce costs and times of processing, thanks to their ability to compensate potential misalignment errors present in the assembly structures (both transversal and axial).
The guide profile is common to all three types of C-Line cursors and it allows not only to simplify warehouse management but also to reduce the items to be ordered.
 
This type of guide is available in three sizes (63, 43 and 28) and the C3 RCS 63 226 three-roller slider allows a radial load capacity of up to 1.3 tons.
 
All these sliders have been integrated with scrapers and lubricators that allow to facilitate maintenance operations and they extend the life of the system and reduce wear on the slopes - as well as being lubricated for life!
 
In short, this is an extremely versatile system that was conceived, designed and developed in order to be able to meet the most diverse application needs even in aggressive environments (due to dirt and processing residues such as shavings and sawdust) and with loads of the type medium-high.
