Linear guides - ROLBLOC

Nadella Group specialty has always been the production and design of linear guides and linear guide systems.

Our linear guides are used in a wide range of industries, including packaging and machine tools, measuring equipment, assembly machines, electro-medical machines, handling, robotic and pick and place systems, printing machines or woodworking machines.

Our "ROLBLOC" series is one of our heavy duty families, as it is suitable for applications where a certain robustness and extremely high loads are required. In addition to a load capacity of 15 tons per carriage and high compensation for simple mounting surfaces, this linear guide system is also ideal for use in dirty environments.

Its linear guides have a surface coating and the guide rollers are made of rust-resistant material.

Carriages of the ROLBLOC system

The special design of the carriages creates a gap between the carriage and the linear guides. This allows the rollers to flex when a heavy load is applied until the carriage rests on the guide and transfers the entire load onto it.  The BL 2 ... DS type carriage uses a relief system to ensure that the system is protected from an uncontrolled and excessive load. Due to the elasticity, the rollers return to their normal position as soon as the load is removed.
