Nadella Telescopic-Line
In the wide field of applications in the railway sector, Nadellatelescopic rails are used in sliding doors, in the movement of battery boxes, in wagon seats and in platforms for the disabled.
The wide range of Nadella telescopic guides profiles consists of over 70 profiles divided into partial and total extension guides, for heavy loads, and over-extension guides, up to 5 guide elements. They are built in 304 and 316 hardened stainless steel, or in aluminum, and are able to cover a wide variety of application needs.
Telescopic rails are availbale in different materials, depending on the applications they must satisfy: steel, stainless steel, for working in outdoor environments, and aluminum, if the lightness of the product is required. Nadella offers guides with 2, 3, 4 and 5 elements, for strokes up to 3,000 mm. Among the available options, in addition to the double extension, there are the stopping mechanisms on opening and closing, which lock the guide in the closed or open position.
Linear guides in stainless steel and aluminum are used on sliding doors because they allow fast and silent movements even in the presence of high loads.
In the railway sector, the company offers rod ends and ball joints, too.
They are used on pantographs on trains and on track exchanges, recirculating ball sleeves, shafts, needle roller bearings for opening doors and idle pivots. These products are often built according to the specifications indicated by the customer.
