New Catalogue – Hardened Telescopic Rails

Last summer we introduced our new hardened telescopic slides, which offer an even smoother running thanks to optimized inner geometries.

The new optimized shape as well as the cold-drawn and induction-hardened raceways allow heavy loads to run smoothly with reduced play.

In our new catalogue HT221EN will find our improved profiles,also including the new versions for full extension (NTVZ-H) and over-extension (NTUZ-H).

Those added models, thanks to the characteristic design, will enhance your performances in terms of load capacity and reduced width.

For this reason, Nadella hardened telescopic slides are an excellent solution for demanding applications in heavy loads or high duty cycles.

They easily meet these requirements due to their advantageous features:

• New steel ball cage: for smoother gliding, controlled clearance and high load carrying capacity
• Optimized shape: reduces friction and backlash
• Induction hardened: high wear resistance and durability
• Cold drawn steel linear guide: high load capacity and low deflection

Currently, our hardened telescopic slides are available in sizes  28 and 43 (size 63 coming this summer). The new solutions NTVZ-H and NTUZ-H are available in sizes 84 and 120. The standard lengths can be found in our catalogue and different configurations according to customer requirements are also possible.
