New Circular System AXNR

Nadella is pleased to announce its new Circular System AXNR.

This flexible and customisable system is a further development of Nadella FSR circular rails, able to adapt to multiple application fields, from traditional Assembly Lines to modern Packaging Automation, Medical Equipment, Airport Luggage Handling, Printing Machines, VR Simulators and much more.

Nadella AXNR is an innovative solution helping machine manufacturers to achieve higher performances, reducing workspace areas compared to traditional lines, increasing efficiency and reliability, providing a tailored made circuit ready-to-use, reducing time and cost of Engineering.

It combines the technologies of the Group, and thus consists of several parts like the Multi-Motion-Line circuits, the toothed belt drive motor, the LUBR lubricator for circular rails and the rod ends connections.

Its main strengths are:

• Rollers with a load carrying capacity way higher than other similar sized components of the same class, thanks to Nadella linear motion technology

• Steady and smooth movement of the entire system thanks to the special Durbal rod end connection between the toothed belt and the carriages

• Aluminum alloy machining, which allows a compact space-saving system and offers a steady and easy-mounting solution

• Fully customisable complete systems available thanks to AXNR flexible configuration.
