New Standard Linear Axes

With a great portion of experience in constructing industrial automation systems, Nadella Group now presents a wider range of high quality linear axes and cartesian systems. These products are a great solution for many indusrial sectors such as Machinery, Robotic cells, Equipment for Assembly, packaging or filling and welding.

Belt Linear Axes

Our belt linear axes are reinforced with steel strands and driven by a toothed belt drive AT. The belt can either beexternal to the profile (AMC series), contained and guided by the profile itself (CLS series) or fixed (VER series).

Ballscrew Linear Axes

For the ballscrew linear axes C5-Cz rolled ballscrews  are used for transmission and to grant high precision.

Depending on the model that you choose the ballscrew can be external oder internal to the profile. Some of the models can also be equipped with a protective bellows while others can have a protective polyamide canvas.

Rack and Pinion Linear Axes

The AMR series of rack and pinion linear axes are characterized by having the transmission with a rack with oblique teeth –hardened and ground and mounted externally on the profile of the structure.

These rack axes can also be ordered with a polyurethane pinion and an automatic rack lubrication system in order to ensure reliability, silence, smoothness and durability.

Telescopic Linear Axes

All telescopic linear axes can be equipped with a belt or belt transmission and movement can be realized with rod and mobile carriage in synchronous output or double rod in synchronous output.

For some models however, a rack/ belt transmission and movement with double rod in synchronous movement an be implemented.
