For the heaviest applications, in the presence of high loads and aggressive work environments, Nadella offers the Rolbloc line skates.

The Rolbloc shoes are available in two versions, with two or four guide rollers, and in three sizes from size 52 to size 115 (the number indicates the diameter of the roller expressed in millimeters).

These are high performance solid flat rollers covered by Nadella patent, which adopt two opposing rows of conical rollers with cage as rolling elements. They are equipped with elastomer seals that ensure lubrication for life and high rotation speed.

The rollers, which have a rounded outer ring, are mounted, with axes orthogonal to each other, on a steel prism with a supporting function.

The sliding, based on the principle of "pure rolling" which guarantees very low wear of the surfaces in contact and allows optimal operation even with high speeds and accelerations, takes place on the trapezoidal profile guides GU Nadella, with hardened sliding tracks and available in sandblasted version or rectified.

The guides are produced with maximum lengths of 6 meters, but precision joints can be made if greater lengths are required.

Thanks to its high performance, the Rolbloc line can be used for the heaviest linear movements, in heavy industry, on foundry machines, in the steel industry, on iron rod processing machines, on marble processing machines. , in automatic warehouses and in all applications with high kinematics as in the case of manipulators.
