V-Line / FS System

Nadella's linear guide roller guides FS and FSH are effective and reliable guide systems for all applications where smoothness and load capacity are required.

The guides are made entirely of steel and have cusp-shaped sliding tracks, on which the guide rollers with a groove profile slide. The FS guide has a double sliding cusp that allows it to work also as a single monorail, for example to constitute the working crosspiece on water or oxygen cutting machines.

The sliding tracks are induction hardened, with a surface hardness of 58HRC, the guides can be supplied sandblasted (suffix MT) or, for more precise applications and in the presence of vibrations and high operating frequencies, ground (suffix M).

The guide is available in 9 sizes, for a wide dimensional range that goes from the small FS19MT up to the FS72MT, and is produced in maximum lengths, in a single piece, of 6 meters; for longer strokes more pieces can be joined.

The guide rollers for the FS and FSH guides are available with three different rolling elements: ball (FR..EU), needle roller (FRN..EI) and, for more demanding applications, with double row of rollers integrated conicals patented by Nadella (RKY). The rollers are made of hardened and ground bearing steel, are offered in concentric and eccentric versions, to ensure play-free operation, and are also available in the stainless steel version.

The Nadella V-Line system is designed to meet the most diverse application needs with medium / high loads even in aggressive environments. This type of guide is suitable for all application sectors.
