Telescopic-line overview
For over 90 years Nadella Group has been an experienced and competent partner that develops and supplies solutions for mechanical handling, with 8 specialized production sites and a global sales network.
Among the proposals available in its product portfolio, the Group boasts a wide range of telescopic rails, now further renewed in order to respond effectively to the ever-changing needs of the market. Nadella telescopic slides are available in over 70 models, for medium & heavy duty loads up to 3 tons and lengths up to 5 meters, with extensions up to 200% able to always guarantee high stiffness and reduced bending.
Nadella uses a cold drawn profile in most of the models, which can be hardened on the sliding tracks to ensure high rigidity and a duration of millions of cycles. To meet the different needs of the market, Nadella telescopic guides can be ordered in galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum or with surface treatments dedicated to particularly aggressive environments and with a resistance to salt spray up to 700 hours.
Among the more traditional applications for this type of product we can include the railway sector (battery box extraction, internal and external doors, seat adjustment, entrance turnstiles), medical field (x-ray machinery, special beds, resonance, CT), automotive sector ( assembly lines), industrial production (doors and covers for machinery, heavy duty drawers) and automated warehouses.
The range is completed by a wide range of accessories and options that allow the guide to be configured according to specific application requirements. Among the available options, in addition to the double extension that allows the stroke on both sides, there are the opening and closing stop mechanisms that lock the guide in the closed or open position.
The handling characteristics of the Nadella Group Telescopic-line have also been further enhanced thanks to dedicated optimizations that have affected the design of the sliding tracks, and which have also been made possible thanks to the help of the R&D division coordinated by the new Chief Technology Officer. di Nadella, recently joined the group to lead Innovation and Product Development and with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.
“We have worked hard on our Telescopic guides to expand the range and optimize smoothness and precision, crucial requirements to offer our customers a best in class product. Our Research and Development and Application Engineering team is constantly striving to offer innovative and customized solutions to best meet the needs of a constantly evolving industry." - Enrico Rolih, Chief Technology Officer Nadella Group.
