Thanks to Tescubal Technology this product can be used both in applications where a self-lubricating product is required and in those where a relubricable rod end is normally preferred.

TESCUBAL ® ROD ENDS

• Outer ring: a single piece cold-formed on the ball guarantees a wider sliding surface. Totally self-lubricating, it is made, depending on the series, of bronze or steel impregnated with high potential lubricating fluid.
• Inner ring: bearing steel, hardened, ground and polished 100Cr6 (1.3505)
• Support: Up to size 12 automatic steel 11SMnPb30 (1.0718), from size 14 hardened and tempered steel C40 (1.1186), galvanized surface by passivation free from hexavalent chromium (EN ISO 4042, Fe/Zn 8c 1B). Possibility of carrying out surface treatments according to customer specifications.

TESCUBAL ® SPHERICAL BEARINGS

• Outer ring: a single piece cold-formed on the ball guarantees a wider sliding surface. Made of steel impregnated with high potential lubricating fluid.
• Spherical ring: steel bearing, hardened, ground and polished 100Cr6 (1.3505).
