High resistance Tescubal rod ends and spherical joints

Mechanical connecting organs perfected in over 60 years of experience, creativity and passion.

Following the recent acquisition of Chiavette Unitati Spa, a historic Bolognese company that has been dealing with precision mechanical products for movement control for over 60 years, now the Tescubal branded product line has also officially become part of the joint and spherical joints of the Nadella Group.

In particular:

  • Tescubal rod ends and spherical plain bearings: high-strength and high-precision products manufactured according to the provisions of ISO 12240-4 Dimension series K and ISO 12240-1 Dimension series K. Maintenance free and with metal-on-sintered metal impregnated with fluid with high lubricating power. Their bushing is cold formed on the spherical ring, thus ensuring that the contact surface is complete in order to withstand high loads and speeds while maintaining proper lubrication during operation.
  • Forks: Forks are mechanical connecting parts suitable for the transmission of static forces. They are unified products and are manufactured according to the standards and dimensional tables indicated and can be supplied with either galvanic or rough coatings.
  • Angular, axial, self-aligning joints: The angular joints are mechanical parts for the connection of two parts perpendicular to each other, which allow the transmission of alternating forces with angular and oscillatory movements of moderate speed. They are unified products and are manufactured according to DIN 71802 standards.
