After a period of adjustment of a few months, the corporate reorganization that saw the meeting of the three Nadella production sites within a single plant has finally begun to bear fruit: logistics and production have become not only more efficient but also more effective, and production volumes, flexibility and internal motivation have significantly increased.

Important news also concerned the international field: Nadella has in fact signed an agreement with JTEKT Group for the production of needle roller bearings, in order to be able to concentrate its resources more on improving logistics, studying new applications and managing of its customers around the world.
