Cold-drawn profiles

The use of cold-drawn profiles in the production of Nadella telescopic rails guarantees a high level of precision and accuracy. The manufacturing process involves passing a steel bar through the die, resulting in a product with low deflection, even under heavy loads, and high precision during operation.

Induction hardened raceways

Induction hardening further improves strength and durability. Induction hardening is a process in which steel is heated to a high temperature and then rapidly cooled to obtain a hard, wear-resistant surface. This makes the raceways of Nadella telescopic rails highly resistant to wear and deformation, even under heavy duty cycles.

Partial, full and over-extension

Nadella telescopic rails NTA-H, NTS-H, NTVZ-H and NTUZ-H are available with an extension of 60%, 100% and 150% respectively, depending on customer requirements. The NTSF-H linear guides, which use the same optimised profile with hardened raceways and an internal guide carriage, provide a linear motion solution for applications requiring compact dimensions and high duty cycles. The slides are available in sizes 28, 43 and 63.
