U-Line: Auto-aligning systems and carriages
Thanks to the RAL guide rollers, axial displacementon the pin is possible and during assembly the roller is held in position by an "O" ring.
Self-aligning systems offer a particular advantage in applications with inaccurately aligned structures and subject to flexure. Self-aligning systems can compensate for deviations of the opposite rail.
CARRIAGES C3 RAL, C4 RAL, T4 RAL
These series of carriages are designed to compensate for the deviation between opposite rails. The carriages of the table or carriages with guide rollers of the RAL and RALR series can be moved axially with respect to the rail. This type of carriage provides purely a radial support.
The axial load, which is oblique to the direction of movement, is supported by the RCL rail with carriage on the opposite side.
C3 RYL, C4 RYL, T4 RYL CARRIAGES
Both carriages must have the ability to rotate, for misalignment of the rails. This rotary movement of the table is made possible by the use of the table or carriage of the RYL series together with the guide rollers RCL/ RCP in contact with steel shafts of the LM rails and guide rollers of the RALR series - which have contact with the opposite shaft. At the same time, this ensures diagonal directional control.
