Transfer Unit for Robots

TRR- Transfer Unit for Robot is a rack and pinion driven linear axis with Nadella Roller Guide System to allow you to move your robot with an additional degree of freedom. The Rollers Guide System can be used even in challenging environments thanks to the closed system for a less dirt on the rollers and the wipers for an easy removal of the dirt on the surface rail. Thanks to its versatility it also can be used as an equipped beam to carry heavy loads. The rack and pinion driven system allows the modularity of the system (module lengths: 3, 4 or 5m) and ensures the possibility of potential infinite strokes thanks to the jointable inserts. It is available for floor mounted applications.

STRONG DESIGN

The structure and profiles are made entirely of steel in order to provide a strong structure with high stiffness that can support heavy loads in high moments of inertia. Also available with tread aluminium covering plate suitable to step-on the frame.

Nadella Roller Guide System is the ideal solution that allows you to use the Transfer Unit for Robots even in chellenging environment. No maintenance with Nadella PK sealed tapered rollers lubricated for life.

EASY INSTALLATION

No more installations stress thanks to the levelling feet to adjust the frame structure on the ground and a visual “zero” position in the mounting and calibration operations.

LOW MAINTENANCE

It can be accessorized with an automatic lubrication pump as an optional, connected to the PLC of the controlling software to release the exact quantity of lubricant required.

INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CARRIAGES

Additional carraiges for applications where a cumbersome object must be transported together with the robot or to increase the number of carriages in handling applications.

FLEXIBLE SOLUTION

The system can handle any type of robots from 100kg up to 1.000kg and any type of equipment up to 2.600kg. We work with every manufacturers and our engineer team can size the Transfer Unit according to your robot.
