Seventh Axis - Transfer Unit for Robots

FREEDOM IN ALL DIRECTIONS

Nadella Transfer Unit for Robot is a rack and pinion driven steel frame single profile linear axis to allow you to move your robot with an additional degree of freedom. Thanks to its versatility it also can be used as an equipped beam to carry heavy loads. The rack and pinion driven system allows the modularity of the system (module lengths: 3, 4 or 5m) and ensures the possibility of potential infinite strokes. It is available for floor mounted applications.

The Transfer unit is available with two different guide systems:

Nadella BGP Rollers

ROLLER GUIDE SYSTEM

No maintenance with Nadella PK tapered rollers lubricated for life and suitable even for the most challenging environments.

Recirculating Roller Guide

RE-CIRCULATING UNIT WITH ROLLERS

High stiffness, provide by triple support on the back and protected roller return, and quietness of the entire transfer unit during operations.

The structure and profiles are made entirely of steel in order to provide a strong structure with high stiffness that can support heavy loads in high moments of inertia.

 

Easy installation thanks to levelling feet

EASY INSTALLATION

No more installations stress thanks to the levelling feet to adjust the frame structure on the ground and a visual “zero” position in the mounting and calibration operations.

Lubrication Maintenance-Free

LOW-MAINTENANCE

It can be accessorized with an automatic lubrication pump as an optional, connected to the PLC of the controlling software to release the exact quantity of lubricant required.
