Transfer Unit for Robots
HIGH STIFFNESS
TCR- Transfer Unit for Robot is a rack and pinion driven linear axis with Re-circulating Unit with Rollers to allow you to move your robot with an additional degree of freedom. Thanks to its versatility it also can be used as an equipped beam to carry heavy loads. The rack and pinion driven system allows the modularity of the system (module lengths: 3, 4 or 5m) and ensures the possibility of potential infinite strokes. It is available for floor mounted applications.

STRONG DESIGN
The structure and profiles are made of steel to provide high stiffness and support heavy loads in high moments of inertia. Available with tread aluminium covering plate to step-on the frame.
HIGH STIFFNESS
Re-circulating Unit with Rollers ensure high stiffness, provide by triple support on the back and protected roller return, and quietness of the entire transfer unit during operations.
EASY INSTALLATION
No more installations stress thanks to the levelling feet to adjust the frame structure on the ground and a visual “zero” position in the mounting and calibration operations.
LOW MAINTENANCE
It can be accessorized with an automatic lubrication pump as an optional, connected to the PLC of the controlling software to release the exact quantity of lubricant required.
INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CARRIAGES
Additional carraiges for applications where a cumbersome object must be transported together with the robot or to increase the number of carriages in handling applications.
FLEXIBLE SOLUTION
The system handles any type of robots from 100kg up to 750kg and any type of equipment up to 2.600kg. We work with every manufacturers and we size the Transfer Unit according to your robot.
